Abstract

Change is imperative and so is the need for individuals, organizations and societies to cope with changes for survival and sustained growth. At no point in human history has change been so complex and profound as to affect the fundamental core of our being. However, The compulsions of operating within a global economic order have necessitated re-examination of the very purpose of and the ways in which we conduct business.
