Abstract: Our epics & holy books have been great sources of information & inspiration for the last many centuries. In addition to individuals and groups, various organizations have been seeking guidance for improving different functionalities and activities and effective management of human resources. This paper explores attributes and strategies available in these epics and books for steering organizations towards growth & prosperity in this rapidly growing competitive world. cases of successful practice of Indian mythological principles by organizations and employees are also reported.
