Ethics is integrally related to the contributions of HR practices because whenever two people exist in a relationship, ethical issues influence their relation. Any decisive implications for another person have an ethical component. Ethics has to do with what should be done with knowing, what is the right thing to do when the outcome of the decision impacts another individual.
