| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors make an attempt to draw lessons for modern-day management from India business by reflecting on the past of Indian Business and Management and its Ethos. Authors also present case studies of two institutions in India, which have successfully integrated such lessons in Management Education, and envision grooming of future leaders, who come out more turned to the spirit of Indian Business and Management. |
