Natural language processing (NLP) deals with analyzing, understanding and generating the language which humans use to communicate naturally.  this technique has come into prominence from the early 2000s.  NLP has become one of the major techniques for analysis of user conventional data mining techniques.  the present proposal uses NLP based techniques for social media analytics, the findings from which could be extended to other domains, including IT incident management.
